Full title search at the Land Registry and/or Cadastre. We verify ownership history, check for encumbrances, mortgages, liens, and any pending legal disputes or planning violations.

We draft or review the preliminary sales agreement (προσύμφωνο), negotiate terms on your behalf, and structure payment provisions to protect your deposit.

Tax Registration & Power of Attorney

We obtain your Greek Tax Identification Number (AFM) and, where required, act under power of attorney — meaning you do not need to be physically present for every stage.

Final Notarial Deed & Registration

We prepare and review the final contract (συμβόλαιο) with the notary, attend the signing, and manage all post-completion registration at the Land Registry.

Golden Visa Application Filing

With the deed registered, we immediately prepare and submit your Golden Visa application — including all supporting documentation for you and eligible family members.
